Accessible Mobile Healthcare was founded by Charity Ezeamama, PA-C, whose clinical background includes geriatric medicine, primary care, wound care management, hospice and palliative evaluations, and mobile healthcare services.
Under her leadership, Accessible Mobile Healthcare has developed a patient-centered model focused on delivering compassionate, coordinated, and accessible healthcare to vulnerable and underserved populations throughout Southern California.
